Us

What about us
that's something that pops in my head everyday
  I know nothings changed
I know we both still feel it
I almost forgot how hard your
  heart beated against mines
and how hard mines beated in return
back than when we first began it was so natural
  so easy to just feel.
  But everyone's watching
  Disapproving of our relationship
that's why we let things fall apart
that's why the "US" became just friends
But when you look at me
the way I look at you
My heart still jumps when you enter a room
I don't think it will ever stop
not until we quit ignoring this fire
the one that burns deep within me
I can't feed it any oxygen so it can grow
  cause that might be dangerous
But I know that it's there
I know that it won't disappear
Even when I get red faced mad
The "US" in me and you
will always keep me tune in
waiting for the station to play
  our song.
Waiting for our time to come.
Waiting for you to say the word.
US. I will never let go.
