Upside Down
I am upside down
No one knows me in this town
All my life, I’ve been
In the blues...then, there
Was a temptation we shared —
All my life...again...
I’ve been staring here
For fifteen years...I’ve never..
Seen things right side up
I am upside down
No one grows up in this town
All my life, you’ve been
Giving me bad news
That led me to my mere demise
All my life...and then
I’ve been without fear
For fifteen years...I’ve shed
A thousand tears down
