Upon the Winds

Upon the Winds
--------------------------------------------
Delicate are Kites, guided by the hands of Fate.
Upon guileless winds, they are carried on high.

Held aloft, for a time, going nowhere,
as they drift upon invisible waves, to and fro.

Maintaining various levels of altitude,
for as long as they are able.

At times, the hands of Fate,
loose their imperceptible hold.

With that, comes a crash and burn !
Some will, inevitably, remain grounded.

Others will find courage and strength,
and like the Phoenix, rise up again.

I see that you have been very prolific with your creative essence since I last saw a word from you and still sending out gems, like “ The Crosses In Your Eyes, ”. A great tribute, and full of analytical insight .
