Heidi Sands Poet Free verse

Update

Hi everyone. I haven't been able to be here as much as I want, as I am still not back to myself yet and entered a second phase of inflamed blood vessels from my immune system overreacting, with leg pain and weakness, with continual tiredness. I have also had internet issues. But, the internet is straightened out, so I hope to be here some more than I was. I apologize for any lack of response or comments during this time.

Sandra Adams June 11, 2020 at 7:34 AM oh no... they think my sister had the virus back before they thought it was here and she developed pain in both wrists to the point she couldn't use her hands, they think it was from covid and she had to have carpal tunnel surgery on both of her wrists...
