Up

…
Feeling weak
Face in the mud
No deeper can you fall
This really is the bottom

A crowd has gathered round
But helping hands are none
They came to stare and judge
To nourish on your sorrow

What happened matters not
Just know that you’re forgiven
I know that you can rise
Enough strength you were given

Think of a tiny seed 
That cracks a concrete slab
No deeper can you fall
The only way is UP
