Unwelcome

i've come to realize that changes
however unwelcome
happen for a reason,
and those changes
happen to change who we are
and in turn i have come to realize
that we are the master of our own depression
that no matter who hurts us
no matter the pain that haunts us
however unwelcome this pain may be
i have the power to undo the hurt
and smile.

Yes, I agree with you. Smile always, depression of weather comes and goes, lets come and go. Lovely poem enjoyed. Always, bl
