My heart aches as I squeeze you tight; Your tears run warm aside my neck. You quiver helplessly, like I had never known you to be. Torn apart like a rose stomped into the cement. I kiss your eyes, and wipe them dry, and the faintest little smile breaks out across your weary face like sunlight through the rain.
