Untitled

It’s been so dark in my life
And so cold I feel no pain
I stand here lost and lonely
Whispering your name
I wait for you to save me
From this endless lifeless black
But knowing you’re nowhere near me
Makes my body grow slack
I’m falling down slowly
To a seemingly bottomless pit
I seem to wait an eternity
To find the bottom to hit
Then suddenly I see a light
And like a flash out of the blue
I am caught and wrapped in something
And I see that that something is you
You came out of nowhere
And saved me from certain death
You gave me back my life
You gave me back my breath
