Untitled
The sun says goodnight, the Moon is bidden to rise
There's a glorious sight where light touches dark
You don't think I can but I see through your disguise
You want to change the world, you want to leave your mark
This is all possible, but you must have a plan
Without a goal, for what will you reach
If all that you trust should come under ban
The poor you still want to reach, and there are many to teach
So tonight sing me to sleep, and also please, read me sweet dreams
It won't be long till the glow of the Sun will bring us a new day
We will try again to feed all the hungry, the waiters and bussers we'll split into teams
There's many meals at home, namely cattle on the range. I'll make the call, just as you say.
When you make your mark on this world
When you look back briefly and compare to today
When the spiral you once felt now lies uuncurled
Your life will shine like the sun's golden ray.
You are capable of all this I know
Just remember me please, remember your Jo.
