I dream of when you would touch me
And the light shinning in your eyes
Of every moment together
And the nights we both wanted to die
You and I
Oh you and I
You were my life
Tho you made me cry
And I was the one who got away
You couldn't forgive yourself
For pushing me away
Everytime we talk still
My heart gives a rapid beat
I've forgiven all of the past
Through the time that we didn't speak
And I was your heart and savior
I led you to the light
Then darkness was back upon us
I refused to fight
You and I
Oh you and I
I was your light
Tho I made you cry
And I was the one who ran away
Though my heart always said your name
