Untitled

Where the road I look- is walked by several
people... there are footprints leading inwards
that has me inviting to its path.
Though my foot is attempted to walk its soil,
I know that there's no good this way.
I find an inner strength to walk a separate way.

And in that inner strength the journey begins to finding your way. I really like the last line. I think coming up with a title--perhaps something with the word journey in it--would make this piece even stronger. Thank you for sharing this thought provoking poem with us and for your kind words on my cinquain. Best wishes with your writing. Karen
