The ego is a questionable foe ... Ourselves and our souls, must be conquered before entering heaven, so I believe. Before entrance to Elysium, we must become as God is, or The Source or whomever one has labeled it.... She/He/It.... is the greater of all intent and we must die to our egos, to allow heaven in heaven and not on Earth... Very deep poem friend. I love poems that make us think...
