Untitled3

whispers of spring
lilacs in the misty morning
their sweet perfume fills the air
cut blooms in vases

Came across a new poetry form earlier today, Naani. The form is Telagu (India), 4
lines, between 20-24 syllables in total and is often about human relations or current
statements (events? ... this part wasn't clear). This poem was inspired in part by a
friend (first two lines), Christine Amaryllis Haskell...without her, the poem might not
have come together:) Thanks my BFF!

Hi Kashinath:) I was browsing on some website (sorry forget which one;) and found this form. It looked intriguing so tried one. More challenging than it initially appeared though I really enjoyed the challenge! Thanks for your comment. Carol
