Until We Meet Again
I love you more than you could ever know
Though it was hard, I finally accepted and let you go
You are everything I prayed for plus more
If you are not ready for me, I can’t make you walk back through that door
I pray for your return, when the time is right
I miss you every single day and night
I know that God brought us together for a reason
Things will be the way that God sees it
Until you’re home again, back in my arms
I will continue to pray that he keeps you safe and away from harm
You are so much to me, I wish you could see
I know God isn’t done with us so I’ll wait patiently
There is no other that I want or need
You are the one God made for me
So until you’re back where you belong
Just know my love for you is always strong.
