Until I See You In Me
Until I See You In Me
The natural eyes cannot see, it’s deeper than your mental capacity
God is asking, “Do you see me?” Looking in the mirror
Me for me I stand there selfishly, ashamed for
God does not mirror me, so perplexed by
the ambush of yesterday’s sorrows
Tears flow in the unsightly
facial appearance that
follow, God is not
moved by the
tears he
sees
But faith in him must concede, He would be proud if I concede
As I stand here looking in the mirror again thinking
About my purpose and mission and what
direction God is taking me in, I ask
the question, “What is IT that
he wants me to see?” He
wants me to see that
there is none
greater
than
he
that
is
in
me
