Until I Met Life

I detested anger Until I met life Then, anger became my hanger And an escape from strife. I take it Whenever I'm struck by living Those unrepentant forces That hit below the belt. Anger never frustrated me But life made me see red So, many thought I was angered by life Yet it was anger that saved me from strife. Many would stay away With anger as your friend And their many troubles that hold sway You would never ever attend. Well, don't really say Anger has become perfect Because out of all that's evil I just grabbed what I thought Was the lesser evil.

This is well said; I believe many do grab anger as the "lesser evil".
