Yes, it is, Caren. This is a major problem in our country in the heat of summer. Many of these folks die and are buried in pauper's graves because their family cannot be located.

Hard to believe Milton, that in this day and age many are living this way, tragic also that many of those are not there by choice. Tom

Tom, it breaks my heart. And you are so right, so many of them are in that condition through no fault of their own. They have gotten so low, now they cannot get up. They never thought their life would come to this. So sad!
