Unseen hurt
I am hurt
And you can not see
The hurt that i have
Is inside of me
You cant see the pain
I live with everyday
This is the kind of hurt
That does not go away
It didnt happen overnight
It got worse over time
Now i live with a pain
I can not leave behind
i have tried to forget
The things that ive been through
It would be so much easier
If you only knew
But everyday i fake a smile
Sometimes i even laugh
I try to keep the real me
Hidden underneath a mask
i hope one day
the pain will go away
I dont want to spend my life
Hurtting in this way
