Unseen
It'll never happen again
or so the saying goes
I follow my heart
and keep supporting my lover
The hurt doesn't stop
for the pain and scars of past and present
dwell too deep in the pit of my stomach
I keep my chin up,
I have to , it's a must
I can not let my unborn child feel the pain
My sorrow
or see the shame
For the poor child has done nothing to be hurt,
but still ends up in the middle
