Unseen

My face reflects the bad, but never less the good, my eyes are hollow windows, unseen within you could.
A week ago so far away, this thing I cannot do, my thoughts are often clouded, with just a hint of you.
Today is all too real, the way she never was, your gentle way I feel, your smiling just because.
That look I used to get from you, without it is what I mean, my pulse gets quicker with every glance, my life somehow serene.
I try then fail to no avail, while reflecting on that day, to have but lost is how I feel, my love you’ve sent away...
