Unscathed
Dazed and bewildered I shed my reptilian
Skin an impedance not only in form and
Shape but impossible to traverse mountain
Ranges and rocky cliffs where the Dark
In his keen and senseless demeanor dared
Me to follow my Wolfe’s stature was much
Better suited for this pursuit and I knew
I would overcome the Dark before the light
Of the next full moon. My skill at shapeshifting
Unbeknownst to the evil ravenous disgusting
Creature I was trailing. Destruction was
My only hearts’ desire for the Dark. Where
Once love and beauty woke my everyday
Its’ betrayal had ruined every hope and
Light I had. Capture destroy protect the
Other life forms from the cruel black hearted
Dark. If it is the last thing I do God give me
Your blessings and the strength to do this
As the sun rises in the East and sets in
The West the Moon shall rise and the Dark
Shall fall.
