Unrestful Sleep

Unrestful Sleep
I try to sleep all my problems away. But when I wake up they are still there, sitting on my brain where I left them last night. Last night I slept, but I didn’t rest. I woke up to unrest, an unwelcome guest that barged into my place one day. It’s kicked its feet up on my couch and table for years This morning when I woke up I closed my eyes and imagined The nightfall, even though at my window are blue skies Guess that’s enough unrestful sleep for the time being.
