UNREQUITED LOVE
I could ask you to stay,
But there's really nothing to say,
I guess we naturally grew apart,
But it still hurts in my heart.
I tried getting you to notice
that I was still there,
But you made up your mind
And didn't care.
No one told me about this pain,
Tears have fallen from my eyes like a rain,
I'm at the point where I feel nothing but shame,
With you is what all I wanted to remain.
You never told me that you loved me
Nor did you say you don't,
Holding onto you was a sin
And now I'm being atoned.
I'm tired of living,
Yet so scared of dying,
May be things are good for you,
But look at all that I've been through.
I kept questioning like why didn't I leave yesterday?
Why did I let things that way?
How are things going to be?
Since there's no more you and me?
N now you've left without a goodbye,
I've got no energy to even cry,
No matter whatever it may be,
One thing will always remain true,
The fact of the matter is that
I'm still into you... I'm still into you!!
