Unrecognized Parts of Myself

sage thoughts
deep within
stirring up dendrites
many personalities
so why does my mind keep facets from myself?
how can there be parts of me I do not recognize?

I think we recognize them but we can’t reconcile them with the outer illusion we have spent years erecting. A thought provoking piece Caren.
