Unplanned Parenthood

The baby came out
   He was an old man
The parents were shocked
   This wasn't the plan

Crestfallen were they
   What could they do? --
No one to complain to
   No one to sue

So they decided to laugh
Why, it might all be for the best!
Maybe their old baby
   Would soon leave the nest

And even get younger
   As time went by --
Else take a few breaths
   Turn over, and cry ...
