Notes About The Poem

Memory of the most memorable thing in my life!

Unmeasurable Love

simple statement of truth that Mothers do not age,
boundless love for offsprings one of God’s gifts,
tears they endure they never show,
hide hurt with hurried smile,
day or night, year on end, their service never ends,
next time when with mum do say something nice!

try but you cannot buy mother at any price,
Mum’s love doesn’t change with new fashion trends,
loves you same even you be vile,
do good, make her pride glow,
grey heir, furrowed brow as life creases and time drifts,
her love remains young let life flip its page!

For counsel and wisdom there is no one more sage,
will hold your hand, risk her life, when earth shifts,
will perk you up when you feel low,
her love like river Nile,
flows with joy inundating every nook and bend,
no love like mum’s that can a heart entice!!
