Unmasked

I've been gone for too long away from the world but now I am back with my eyes wide open But I've noticed changes Hiding in my sanctuary I've had an eternity to think I am not who I thought I was indeed hiding behind this mask I look in the mirror to see who am I The saddness of the world all of its forgotten dreams, its hopes, its tradgedies all in my eyes all the good hidden behind my faded smiles And all of the depression in the bags under my eyes And all the anger deep inside were no mirror dare reflect back The insanity flowing out of my ears And my dirty mouth from all the ******** I've eaten up My hands worn down and scarred from all my lifes work And only a lifetime more to go WHEN...?

Deep: extending far downward, inward, or backwards; coming from a depth. Press:to weigh heavily upon; to act upon with force. Shun:to keep away from; dislike, caution, avoid. When? when you reach into the depth inside yourself and use force to shun away the matter at hand. but i'm just playing on words, always good to let out in writing :)
