Unloved

I too have been a victim
Of broken promises
Extended lies
At war with the world around me
At war with myself
Seeking out answers
And sabotaging my health
Went from zero to twenty
Covering my face with deceit
With happiness
One void became plenty
Drinking passion when my heart was feeling empty
Collapsing
Crying
In Doubt
Dying. Slacking.
Cracking my heart to see
Oceans burst out
Watching them fade
Drying little streams
Loving the wrong things
And unloving me

Wow, powerful poem. Well done, putting all that into writing like this.
