sans memory
we suffer in descent
and celebrate our ascent
with recognition
awareness of our Self
all realms seem the same
the gunas three
yet shift like seasons
waking, dreaming and deep sleep
embodying turiya
turiyatita then the continuum
we are immanent and transcendent
