Universal Chance
Another
The Universe loved the earth so fondly,
It offered years, new years to the man.
The whole earth is blessed so broadly
With new beginnings in its lifespan.
That fondly loved the Universe the earth,
It offered the man a continuous birth.
In every new year, it grants another chance,
For the man to meet new circumstance
The Universe loved the earth so much,
That every year it blesses with its touch,
Bringing with the night another new chance
And with the new dawn, new circumstance.
But Universe did not offer the man
The chance to turn back in his lifespan,
Nor has it given the man a smaller cost
To take back what has been lost.
