Shadow Hamilton Poet Verse

United

Love now drifts heaven bound
somewhere up there in the ether
one day soon to be re-found
til then the stars shine brighter

Their glow lit by your heart
showing me the way to you
I rejoice as when I depart
the path comes into view

Back-lit all the way by stars
moonbeams guide me
music plays from sitars
drifting down in time
with my heartbeats

Gently I float upwards
finding you waiting for me
now never again to be apart
I sip wine in heaven's vineyards
and bask in your warm smile
united souls joined for eternity
