Was
Magic
Beautiful
Unforgettable !
The hills, the valley and the lake.
As
I
Looked up
To the peak :
Unattainable ?
The path was long, steep and rocky.
The
Sheer
Beauty
And colour :
Unbelievable !
Viewed from the top of Great Gable.
Smell
The
Freshness
Of the air :
Unsurpassable,
Pure and invigorating.
I
Hear
Nothing
Just silence :
Unfathomable –
The utter silence of deepest space.
As
I
Gaze down
The valley :
Unforgettable !
Red and gold of the setting sun.
