Unexpected Happiness

My fellow patient scribbled a note on a piece of paper and passed it slowly across the table to me “Unexpected Happiness”, it read. This remains one of the handful of memories I have from spending some time in a mental asylum And to this date, the phrase remains my charter as it is how I decide to live my life No matter what the circumstance or challenges that confront me… I shall always remain happy I believe this vision has gained me friends and good rapport with family members and has kept me relatively healthy So I preach to you too, dear reader try to maintain unexpected happiness as one day you’ll thank me for the advice

Good advice - sometimes, I have a feeling of happiness that seems to come from nowhere - I'm not sure why, but I don't question it too much - just go with it!

Very inspiring write dear robert, did this patient ever tell you why they wrote that? Thats a very beautiful story and how you find happiness through little things in life is nice! Happiness to me is overrated and i prefer being content but little things in life should be appreciated and i do find happiness through simple things in life. A very soulful poem! Oneday maybe today i will thank you for this preaching poem ! Spread light! Sending you back light! A fave this is for the message pssed
