Undying Love

Many days may pass me by
but my love for you will never die

Although your love may not be true
I'll always have true love for you

My sad heart has lost its will to live
for to you my love I cannot give

Many days may pass me by
but my love for you will never die

Note: This is the first official poem I ever wrote.
I was 15 and it was at this time of year (1978).
I thought it would be fun to share it with you. Over
the years I have made a few grammatical changes
but it is essentially the same. Love, Robin

1978 was the year I returned to the Navy Reserve after a nine year absence. My sons were 8 and 7. You were just beginning to establish yourself as a poet. They were good days. Vince

Robin, even as a teen you had a gift for words. Thanks for reading "Breaking." It's good to be back! Love to you, Carolyn
