Brought up on black tea, strong n hot, yes was me, Drink it at the boil hey... had a taste of gum leaves boiled on the fire ..

Hot tea gives you a good sweat therefore cooling down your insides Don. At least that's what I've been told and I do enjoy a cuppa on a sweltering day...Good one...cheers Margaret
