Undefeated
In the heart of the storm she stood still.
not to run, but to gather herself whole.
With each breath of fresh air,
she wove calm into her bones,
and found in the pause
the quiet power to rise again.
Not loudly, not all at once,
but like the tide, steady and sure,
returning to herself with grace.
She rose with shoulders softer,
eyes clearer, spirit anchored
a woman not untouched by the world,
but undefeated by it”
