Unconditional Love

She left out on her own to find her own way Now almost grown and this was the big day Her bags all packed a ride waiting out front All that she lacked was that one final grunt In her new place she had never felt so free Now out of their grace she would soon see For things were great or so seeming at first But as of late things took a turn for the worst The lay offs came as she collected for a while But the end of that flame as she couldn't file The landlord came around giving her a week By pride she was bound and still wouldn't speak There on the street they saw their daughter lay No shoes on her feet being so lost in her way Coming to her aide from her Fathers eye a tear Finally for what they prayed is now finally near
