Unconditional Love
Unconditional love is a
personal, intimate gift!
It asks for nothing in return,
not even love,
yet it forgives all.
An irrevocable present,
with no expectations attached,
implied or presumed.
Nothing you do or say
can ever retract
or diminish it.
Intangible and ethereal
it is profound
and exceedingly rare;
yet it lasts forever.
