Unbreakable

Beautiful boy in your slumber sleep The face of an angel and a heart so deep A portrait of perfection with lips so soft From which words were spoken that cannot be forgot This truth with no intentions of pain An unsettling knowledge from which I gain. An unconditional love once so pure Now tainted with the darkest dark Now beweldered and ultimately unsure What you feel for me now you are so right As my selfish ways have deminished our love with each passing night Is it possible to fix this? Is there an absolution in sight? Prey tell for sleepless nights lay ahead A heart in agony cries in bed But I respect your decision and know you cannot be led Shattered illusions, all pretenses fail Now our love stands naked and I question its prevail. Far I cannot undo what has been done, I cannot mend your damaged heart But my love remains endless and shines through that darkest dark.
