Unbreakable
This gift is for you and sincerely from my heart
Terri-Lee my big sister, the poem will now start….
You are my only sister
And forever my friend
Our love has no boundaries
It’s unconditional with no end
As kids we did get mad
And boy did we argue and fight
But that’s the fun part of being sisters
We both knew I was always right
As adults we are quite different
But one thing will always stand strong
It’s the love we have for each other
Nothing can ever break this bond
You hold me up when I am down
You encourage me when I feel I’ve failed
You give strength to keep going
You push me until success prevails
We’ve cried until we laughed
And laughed until we cried
We’ve shared many secrets
In each other we confide
I’m sure as we grow older
Our love will always shine
When someone asks, “is she your sister?”
I reply, “yes she is mine”.
I realise now why
People are jealous of me
It’s because I have you
My sister, my wonderful Flea
Happy Birthday my beautiful sister.
