Unbound

The divine rests, allows,
gives endless space,
loves unbounded
Cannot help itself
Knows no other action

We cannot imagine in our wildest dreams
God’s willingness to love so freely
To Give with such abandon

We glimpse rarely and look away,
trapped in our own stories and deceits.

Drop your cloak of armour
Your chains
And concerns
And float

Give yourself over to
the wholeness of God
