Unbound
Unbound
By Dane Smith-Johnsen
Come my love follow me.
Through valleys, to mountains
Hand in hand. Living. Free.
Days can hold many cheers
Pains’ sadness disappears.
Especially, when we’re near.
Steadfastly, let’s grant strength.
Together, like lovebirds.
Good or bad at each length.
Sure. Life has ups and downs.
I cannot promise more.
Let, happiness abound.
Whilst pleasantries are found,
Come, my love, share good times.
Let joy fulfill unbound.
Inspired by Lynn Anderson’s song, “ Rose Garden”
