Unanswered Question
They say it happens once upon a time,
In fairy tales with ever after joy;
From lonely tears can hope begin a rhyme,
If words reveal a poet shyly coy?
The best beginnings are then surely found,
On dark pathways that lead to the unknown,
Those echoing footsteps upon the ground
And suddenly the walk is not alone.
For in the darkness the rays of sunshine
On the pathway of life can lightly fall
Farewell to solo glasses of red wine
If only poet would dare to make that call.
The endless thoughts that don’t know what to do,
Has the time come to act and start anew?
