Sitting here, replaying that day you went away, I couldn’t help but wonder, Why all of a sudden? Why that way? Were you really that tired you chose to leave, Surely you would have known, forever we’d grieve It’s not fair, we can no longer see you or talk to you There are so many things we never got the chance to say or do Was it your intentions, to give up and end it all Did you really want to be knocking at God’s front door Did you wish to be free from all the suffering you dealt with inside Was it so painful you could no longer hide Now all we have are memories and that after our wait, We will meet you again at heavens gate.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
