Ego focuses on the body-mind,
be it senses or our desires and fears,
an intermittent feeling, best declined,
shifting instead to light of Self that steers,
our consciousness in which God’s light appears.
Resting thoughts, focus on the gap instead,
strobes of bliss beats where we’re by God’s hand led.
