Wherefrom does the ego’s I-thought arise,
which distances our presence from the source,
is the untruth which we need to apprise,
in staid stillness without applying force,
pulsations of bliss, choosing to endorse,
breath by breath holding steady our focus,
in the cave of heart, along love’s locus.
