Ulladu Narpadu Addendum 74

Ego consumes psychic food,
thoughts that determine our mood,
whilst the Self is always free,
unshackled from our mind tree.

Where we rest then is our choice,
so if it’s heart, let’s rejoice,
for in heart we behold God,
when we give bliss beats our nod.
