Ulladu Narpadu Addendum 130

The Self within us is the same as in all,
which is a realisation that must dawn,
to which end if stuporous thought forms we stall,
fears and desires disappear, with ego gone
and then in silence who we are we recall,
in vibrant nonchalance even as we yawn.
Let this be the practice we choose to adopt,
until the ego is reduced to a dot.
