U Move forward
in time
walking forcefully
sometimes
running frantically
with a youthful spirit
persuasively passing
sometimes pausing in prayer
or reflection
sitting still amidst
a swirling mind
bathing yourself in thoughts
you think meaningful
you sit in quiet meditation
you run with the passion
of youthful exuberance
and assuredness
fastidious in your arguments
cautious in your caring
moving always forward
in this timeless shapeless place
that only now
is here
and only now
is clear
open your eyes one time
breathe the air
that is now
feel the force that lies between
the wing and that upon which
all wings glide
beyond all ego
removed from pride
and still U move
until U move no more
the world within a grain of sand
and U upon the shore
