Two Worlds, Same Story

Her heart beats,
His slows to a stop.
Her cries emerge,
His were never heard.
She is depressed,
So was he.
Her world was torn apart,
His ended abruptly.
She's now going down a path
That he once traveled
And its not going well.
He sees her from heaven,
And he wishes to tell her to stop,
But she can't hear him
As her heart slows to a stop.
